We build Prospectio, which competes with Dripify. That’s a reason to read this carefully, not a reason to dismiss it. We’ve tried to write what we’d tell a friend.
What Dripify is
A cloud-based LinkedIn automation tool launched around 2019. You build a sequence (connection request, then a message, then a follow-up, with delays and conditions), load a list from LinkedIn search or a CSV, and it runs. Because it’s cloud-based, it keeps working when your laptop is shut, which is the main reason it beat the browser-extension generation of tools.
What it does well
Reliability. It works. Campaigns run, sequences fire, the numbers in the dashboard match reality. That sounds like a low bar until you’ve used the tools where it isn’t true.
Interface. The sequence builder is well designed. Someone non-technical can build a four-step campaign in ten minutes without a tutorial.
Analytics and A/B testing. Per-campaign stats on requests sent, accepted, replied, and a proper split test feature. If you have the volume to make tests meaningful, this is useful.
Team management. Multiple seats, shared campaigns, activity control across the team. Reasonable for a small sales team.
Price. The entry tier is among the cheapest credible options in the category.
Where it stops
It sends to everyone. There’s no qualification step. If your list has 300 people and 90 of them were never going to buy, Dripify messages all 300. Those 90 ignore the invitation, and a high share of ignored invitations is one of the signals LinkedIn uses to restrict accounts. It’s a cost you pay twice.
Text only. Personalisation is token merge: first name, company name, job title. In 2026 every B2B buyer can spot a merged template at a glance, and in our own testing a text-only first touch replied at 28.8 percent against 40.4 percent for a personalised video. No voice, no video here.
No reply handling. When a prospect replies, Dripify’s job is done. The lead then sits in your inbox until you get to it, which in practice is often the next day, by which point the moment has passed.
Limited email. There are email steps, but it’s a LinkedIn tool with email bolted on rather than a genuine multichannel sequencer.
Who should buy Dripify
- Solo reps and small teams who want dependable sequencing at the lowest sensible price.
- Anyone whose messages are good and who just needs something to send them on a schedule.
- Teams running high enough volume to A/B test properly.
Who shouldn’t
- Anyone whose reply rates have already flattened. More sends of the same message won’t fix it.
- Teams selling something that needs a human to open the conversation.
- Anyone who can’t check their LinkedIn inbox several times a day.
The verdict
Dripify is a good tool that does one job well. The question isn’t whether it works, it’s whether the job it does is the job you need doing. If your problem is “I need these messages sent reliably”, buy it. If your problem is “nobody replies any more”, a different tool changes the message rather than the schedule. We wrote a direct comparison and a list of alternatives if that’s where you are.
