Prospectio is on this list and we built it, so read the entries for the other six with that in mind. We’ve tried to be straight about where each one wins.
1. Prospectio
Best for: sales teams and founders who want more of the right people to reply and book.
Prospectio reads every LinkedIn profile against your ICP before sending and skips poor fits. It sends a voice note or short video cloned from one recording, personalised per prospect, which is why a personalised video first touch replied at 40.4 percent in our testing. An AI responder handles replies and books the meeting. Includes email steps, CRM sync and a founder-led onboarding call. $99 per seat per month on annual billing. Not the cheapest; the argument is cost per meeting.
2. Expandi
Best for: teams that want a mature, safe sequencing platform with lots of options.
Cloud-based since 2019, dedicated IP per account, smart branching sequences, image and GIF personalisation, strong agency and whitelabel features. Text-focused. Around $99 per seat per month at time of writing. Full comparison.
3. HeyReach
Best for: agencies running many LinkedIn accounts.
Priced per LinkedIn account, unlimited accounts on agency tiers, one inbox across everything, deep integrations with Clay, Make, n8n and an API. Personalisation is tokens plus optional AI text. If you manage 20 client accounts, this is the one to look at first. Full comparison.
4. Waalaxy
Best for: getting started for free.
A freemium tool with a free tier that caps quickly. Simple sequences, LinkedIn plus email, browser-extension based (which is the safety trade-off to be aware of). Good for testing the waters; most teams outgrow it.
5. Lemlist
Best for: email-first multichannel outreach.
Lemlist started in cold email and added LinkedIn steps. Excellent email deliverability tooling, a large template library, personalised images. LinkedIn is a channel inside an email tool rather than the centre of it. Pricing per user, several tiers; check lemlist.com.
6. Linked Helper
Best for: budget, if you accept the trade-offs.
A long-running desktop application. Inexpensive and capable, but it runs on your machine through your browser session, which is the setup LinkedIn detects most easily. Fine for low volume with care; not what we’d recommend for a team.
7. La Growth Machine
Best for: European teams running LinkedIn, email and Twitter/X together.
French-built multichannel tool with a visual sequence builder, enrichment built in, and a Europe-friendly data posture. Text-based personalisation. Worth a look if you want three channels in one sequence.
How to choose
If your problem is reply rate, choose the tool that changes the message (voice, video, real personalisation). If your problem is scale across accounts, choose the tool built for agencies. If your problem is budget, start free and plan to move. And whichever you pick, read what’s safe in 2026 before you set your limits.
