The honest framing
We are not going to argue that a founder testing LinkedIn outreach for the first time should pay us $99 a month instead of using a free tool. They should not. Waalaxy exists to answer the question “does anyone reply to me on LinkedIn?” and it answers it for nothing.
The comparison becomes real when the answer is yes, some people reply, and now you need it to be reliable, safe and worth someone’s time.
Side by side
| Prospectio | Waalaxy | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $99 per seat per month, annual | Free tier, then modest paid tiers |
| Architecture | Cloud, residential IP per account, mobile-style API | Chrome extension on your machine |
| Runs when your laptop is closed | Yes | No |
| Qualifies prospects against your ICP | Yes, every profile | No |
| Personalisation | Profile-based opener, cloned voice and video | Merge fields |
| Reply handling | AI responder books the meeting | Manual |
| Email steps | Yes, same sequence | Yes, on paid plans |
| Team features | Yes | Limited |
| Onboarding | Founder-led call | Self-serve |
When Waalaxy is the right answer
You are pre-revenue, unsure of your ICP, sending 20 invitations a week, and the cost of being wrong should be zero. Use the free tier, send a hundred messages, see what comes back.
When to move
Three signals, and you will usually notice at least two together. Your campaigns keep stopping because you closed the laptop. Your reply rate is stuck in single digits and rewriting the template is not fixing it. Or you have had a LinkedIn warning and realised your account is now a business asset you cannot risk.
At that point the questions are about architecture and message quality, which is what we built Prospectio around.
What switching looks like
Export your list to CSV, import it, and we will run the ICP filter over it on the onboarding call so you can see how much of your existing list was never worth messaging. That is usually the moment the price stops being the conversation.
