What HeyReach is good at
HeyReach’s design centre is scale across accounts. You connect many LinkedIn profiles, rotate sends across them, see every conversation in one inbox, and report per client. It has strong integrations with Clay, Make, n8n and the modern GTM stack, a public API, and pricing per LinkedIn account rather than per user, which suits agencies. It’s a serious product with a serious team.
What Prospectio is good at
Prospectio’s design centre is the individual conversation. Before any message, it reads the profile and checks the prospect fits your ICP. The opener is written from what it found. The second touch is a voice note or short video, cloned from your recording and personalised by name and company. When they reply, the AI responder answers and books the meeting. The aim is fewer messages, more meetings.

How to decide
Ask one question: is the constraint the number of accounts you can run, or the share of messages that get a reply? If it’s the first, HeyReach. If it’s the second, Prospectio. Agencies sometimes use both: HeyReach for volume clients, Prospectio for clients where every prospect matters.
