What the integration does
Contacts. When a prospect passes the ICP filter and enters a sequence, Prospectio creates the contact in Salesforce if it doesn’t exist (name, title, company, LinkedIn URL, email if known) or updates the existing record. No duplicates.
Activities. Each step (connection request sent, accepted, message sent, voice note sent, email sent, reply received) is logged as an activity with a timestamp and the message content, so anyone opening the record in Salesforce sees the full history.
Replies and outcomes. Replies are written to the contact with the text. The auto-responder’s classification (interested, question, not now, not interested) maps to a property or stage you choose.
Meetings. When the auto-responder books a call, the meeting is created in Salesforce and associated with the contact and, where relevant, the company and deal.
Lists in. Send a list or a filtered view from Salesforce to a Prospectio campaign. The ICP filter runs on every contact before any message goes out, and the results (fit score and reason) are written back.
Setup
- In Prospectio, go to Integrations and click Connect on Salesforce.
- Log in to Salesforce and authorise.
- Choose which properties receive the ICP score, the outcome and the last LinkedIn activity. Defaults are provided.
- Optionally pick a Salesforce list to sync into a campaign.
Five minutes. No code.
Why it matters
Outreach that isn’t in the CRM didn’t happen, as far as the pipeline review is concerned. Reps stop logging when it’s manual. The integration makes LinkedIn pipeline visible in Salesforce the same way email and calls are, which is how managers finally see where meetings come from.
