Disclosure: we build Prospectio, a LinkedIn-first tool. Klenty competes with us only at the edges, which makes this an easy one to write fairly.
What Klenty is
A sales engagement platform: multichannel cadences combining email, calls and LinkedIn tasks, with a parallel dialler, CRM sync and reporting. It sits in the same category as Outreach and Salesloft and undercuts both substantially.
What it does well
Cadence building. Multi-step, multichannel sequences with conditions, built in an interface that a new SDR can learn in a morning.
The dialler. Parallel dialling with local presence, which for teams that still make volume calls is a meaningful productivity feature and not something most cheaper tools offer.
CRM depth. Two-way sync with Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive that goes beyond logging activity: field mapping, ownership rules, and reasonable handling of duplicates.
Price relative to the category. Teams evaluating Outreach at enterprise pricing often land here and do not regret it.
Where it falls short
LinkedIn. The LinkedIn steps largely generate a task telling a rep to go and do something manually. That is a defensible design choice, and it is also not automation. If LinkedIn is where your pipeline comes from, this is the wrong centre of gravity.
No prospect qualification. Cadences run against whoever is in the list.
Email personalisation. Merge fields and snippets. Competent, not distinctive.
Deliverability tooling. Lighter than a dedicated email platform like Lemlist or Instantly. Fine at moderate volume, thin if you are sending thousands a day.
Who should buy Klenty
Mid-market sales teams running genuine multichannel with a real calling motion, who want Outreach’s shape without Outreach’s contract. Teams with a mature CRM they need the tool to respect.
Who shouldn’t
LinkedIn-first teams. High-volume cold email teams who need deliverability infrastructure. Solo founders, who will pay for team features they never open.
The verdict
Good software, sensibly priced, aimed at a team with reps making calls. If your motion is LinkedIn and email with no phone, you are buying a dialler you will never use.
