We build Prospectio, which is first on this list. The other four are written as fairly as we can manage.
Why people leave Linked Helper
Linked Helper does a remarkable amount for $15 to $45 a month. The limits are structural rather than about features.
It is a desktop application that drives a browser on your own machine, from your own IP, replaying human-like clicks. That is the kind of automation LinkedIn has the most experience spotting. It also means the campaign pauses whenever your laptop sleeps, and an inconsistent send pattern is its own mild risk signal.
If your LinkedIn account is how you earn a living, those two things are usually why you are reading this.
1. Prospectio
Cloud-based with a residential IP per account and conservative limits. Before sending, it reads each profile against your ICP and skips the poor fits. It sends cloned voice and video personalised per prospect, and an AI responder handles replies through to a booked meeting. $99 per seat per month on annual billing, which is a big step up from Linked Helper. The case for paying it: across 8,385 prospects, a video first touch replied at 40.4 percent against 28.8 percent for text. Prospectio vs Linked Helper.
2. Dripify
The simplest like-for-like move to cloud. Clean interface, reliable sequences, team features, A/B testing. Text-only and no qualification step. From roughly $39 per month on the entry plan at time of writing. If you liked Linked Helper’s sequences and just want them running safely overnight, start here. Prospectio vs Dripify.
3. Expandi
One of the longest-running cloud tools, launched in 2019, with a careful safety record. Smart sequences branch on prospect behaviour, and image and GIF personalisation still land in some niches. Around $99 per seat per month. If you use Linked Helper’s advanced configuration, Expandi is the closest match in depth. Prospectio vs Expandi.
4. Waalaxy
Freemium and simple. The free tier is limited but real. Good for testing whether LinkedIn outbound works for you before paying for anything. Waalaxy works through a browser extension, so if safety is the reason you are leaving Linked Helper, it solves the overnight problem better than the detection one.
5. HeyReach
Built for agencies and teams running many LinkedIn accounts. Per-account pricing, a single inbox across senders, API and MCP access, and integrations with Clay, Make and n8n. Overkill for one person. The obvious choice if you were juggling several Linked Helper installs on several machines.
Choosing
If the only thing wrong with Linked Helper is that it runs on your laptop, Dripify is the cheapest fix. If you want more sequence depth, Expandi. If you want to test for free, Waalaxy. Several accounts, HeyReach. If the real problem is that people are not replying, the architecture was never the issue, and Prospectio is built for that one.
