We build Prospectio, which is first on this list. The others are written as fairly as we can manage.
Why people leave Dux-Soup
Nearly a decade in a category where tools disappear is a real credential. Dux-Soup is stable, cheap and simple.
The gap shows up when outbound stops being a side activity. Personalisation is a first name. Replies land in your LinkedIn inbox with nothing to help you handle them. The Turbo edition has the usual extension problems, and the Cloud edition fixes availability on a product that was not designed cloud-first.
1. Prospectio
Cloud-based, residential IP per account, conservative limits. It reads every profile against your ICP before sending, sends cloned voice and video personalised per prospect, and uses an AI responder to reply and book the meeting. $99 per seat per month on annual billing, several times Dux-Soup’s price. The reason to pay it is the gap in outcomes: in our dataset, replies answered inside 24 hours converted to a meeting at 21.4 percent against 3.6 percent after 48 hours, and Dux-Soup leaves that entirely to you. Prospectio vs Dux-Soup.
2. Dripify
Simple, reliable cloud sequencing with team features and A/B testing. Text-only with no qualification step, so per-message results are category average. From roughly $39 per month on the entry plan at time of writing. The easiest upgrade if you want what Dux-Soup does, running properly in the cloud. Prospectio vs Dripify.
3. Expandi
Launched in 2019 with a strong safety record. Smart sequences that branch on prospect behaviour, plus image and GIF personalisation. Around $99 per seat per month. More tool than most Dux-Soup users need, and the right one if you want sequencing depth. Prospectio vs Expandi.
4. Waalaxy
Freemium, simple and extension-based. The free tier is limited but usable. A reasonable sideways move if what you want is a friendlier interface at a similar level of ambition, not a step up in architecture.
5. Linked Helper
Cheaper than almost anything and far deeper than Dux-Soup: multi-step campaigns, a mini CRM, templates, email finding. It is a desktop app driving a browser on your own machine, so campaigns stop when your laptop does and the detection risk is similar to an extension. Roughly $15 to $45 per month. Linked Helper alternatives.
Choosing
If Dux-Soup is doing profile visits and nothing else, keep it. If you want sequences running safely in the cloud for little money, Dripify. More depth, Expandi. Free, Waalaxy. Cheapest possible with more features, Linked Helper. If outbound has become how you hit a pipeline number and the replies are not coming, that is the problem Prospectio was built for.
