Where this band sits
| Company size | Reply rate | Meeting rate | Avg deal | Pipeline per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 to 50 employees | 38.4% | 6.1% | €11,200 | €683,000 |

| 2,000+ | 26.8% | 3.5% | €102,000 | €3,570,000 |
Reply rate falls steadily as company size rises. Deal size climbs faster than the rate falls, which is why the last column runs the other way.
What the data says about this band
Enterprise is the largest segment in the dataset at 196,190 prospects, half the total, and the quietest. 26.8 percent replied and 3.5 percent booked, the lowest of the five bands, on a €102,000 average deal, which is by far the highest. Pipeline per thousand prospects works out at about €3.57m, five times the 10 to 50 band.
This was where we ran the seniority test, and the result is the one clients argue with most. Across 11,780 prospects at 2,000-plus employee companies, directors and above replied at 32.0 percent and booked meetings at 2.2 percent. Managers and below replied at 26.0 percent and booked at 4.4 percent. Twice the meetings from the less senior half of the same list.
The mechanism is simple once you see it. A director at a large company replies because replying is polite and costs nothing, then routes it to the person who owns the problem. That person has diary space and is looking for something to bring upwards. Contacting them directly removes a step rather than adding one.
Two other tests ran in enterprise. Verified subject-matter fit against broad role targeting produced 51.9 percent replies against 13.0 percent across 6,870 prospects. Question-led copy against company-led copy produced 33.2 percent against 10.8 percent across 9,540. Enterprise punishes generic outreach harder than any other band, and rewards research more.
Method
Figures come from 196,190 prospects in this band inside a dataset of 389,890 prospects and 15,018 meetings, run for 17 clients across 41 programmes between 2018 and 2026. Prospects were split at random inside each client account so industry, geography, seniority and company size are held constant on both sides of every controlled test, and no test was called below 2,000 prospects per arm.
