SalesRobot review: a capable tool with a very loud marketing machine

SalesRobot does LinkedIn and email sequencing competently. It's better known for the several hundred comparison pages it has written about every competitor in the category, including us.

In short: SalesRobot is a competent cloud tool for LinkedIn and email sequences with AI-assisted copy and agency whitelabel options. Its most notable feature is its content marketing, several hundred pages targeting competitor searches. Fine tool, ordinary results per message, and the same text-only ceiling as the rest of the category.

Disclosure: we build Prospectio. SalesRobot has written about us and we’re writing about them. Assume both are marketing and judge the substance.

What SalesRobot is

A cloud-based LinkedIn and email outreach tool. Build a sequence, import a list, let it run. AI features help draft messages. There’s a whitelabel offering for agencies and an active affiliate programme.

What it does well

Multichannel basics. LinkedIn and email in one sequence, handled cleanly.

AI message drafting. Reasonable first drafts, which helps if writing is the bottleneck. It’s generating text, not reading the prospect.

Agency and whitelabel. Rebrandable, with client management. A real option for small agencies who want the tool to look like theirs.

Free tools. A LinkedIn headline generator, post generator, subject line generator and ROI calculator, all free. Useful, and also a very deliberate link-building strategy.

Where it’s ordinary

Per-message performance. Text sequences with AI-drafted copy still get text-sequence results. There’s no qualification of prospects before sending and no voice or video, so the ceiling is the category ceiling.

Nothing structurally different. If you listed the features of SalesRobot, Dripify and Expandi side by side, you’d struggle to explain to a buyer why one wins. That’s a fair description of most of this category.

A note on their marketing

SalesRobot ranks for an enormous number of competitor-branded searches because they’ve written a dedicated page about nearly every tool in the space. It works, it’s within the rules, and we’re doing a version of it ourselves. The thing worth knowing as a buyer: when you search “Dripify review” and land on a page owned by a Dripify competitor, you’re reading a sales asset. Read three of them and average.

Who should buy SalesRobot

  • Small agencies who want whitelabel at a reasonable price.
  • Teams who want LinkedIn and email in one tool and don’t need depth in either.

Who shouldn’t

  • Anyone whose reply rate is the problem.

The verdict

Perfectly serviceable. If it’s on your shortlist next to Dripify and Expandi, pick on price and interface, because the outcomes will be similar.

Frequently asked questions

Is SalesRobot a good LinkedIn automation tool?

It's solid. Cloud-based, LinkedIn plus email sequences, AI-assisted message writing, whitelabel for agencies. Nothing about it stands out and nothing is broken.

Why does SalesRobot rank for every competitor's name?

They've built a large library of 'X review', 'X alternatives' and 'why choose SalesRobot over X' pages. It's a legitimate and effective SEO strategy. Just be aware that a comparison page written by a vendor is marketing, including this one.

What does SalesRobot cost?

Around $99 per month per seat at time of writing, with agency and whitelabel tiers. Check salesrobot.co.
