Prospectio for sales leaders

You're accountable for pipeline coverage and you can't hire your way there. This is about getting more meetings from the reps and the lists you already have.

In short: Prospectio raises meetings per rep by qualifying prospects before anyone messages them, replacing text with the rep's own voice and video, and answering replies within minutes. You get central control of limits and messaging, and reporting that ends in booked meetings rather than activity counts.

The number you’re being asked about

Pipeline coverage. And the levers are usually: hire more reps, buy more data, or send more messages. All three cost money and the third one has stopped working, which is why reply rates across LinkedIn have been sliding for years.

There’s a fourth lever, which is raising the conversion of the activity you already run. That’s what this is.

Where the leak actually is

Three places, in order of size.

Wrong people. A meaningful share of most lists was never going to buy. Every message to those people costs a send, costs acceptance rate, and costs account health. The ICP filter reads each profile and skips them, so the same list produces more from fewer sends.

Wrong format. A text-only first touch replied at 28.8 percent in our testing, against 40.4 percent for a personalised video first touch. A thirty-second voice note or video in the rep’s own voice regularly clears 40 percent in our campaign data across 389,890 prospects and 15 controlled tests.

Slow replies. The gap between a prospect’s reply and the rep’s is where warm leads die. The auto-responder answers in minutes and books from the rep’s calendar.

Control and governance

Daily and weekly limits set centrally, below LinkedIn’s thresholds, so no rep can put their account at risk trying to hit a number. Shared sequences and approved messaging. Draft mode if you want nothing leaving without a human check for the first few weeks. Full visibility of every conversation in the team inbox.

What you’ll see in reporting

Per rep and per campaign: invitations sent, acceptance rate, reply rate, meetings booked, and which ICP segments convert. Everything writes to Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive so it shows up in the same forecast as the rest of your pipeline.

Getting started

The onboarding call is with the founder, who ran sales development at Salesforce and Twilio. We build the first campaign with your team, on your ICP, and tell you honestly if the targeting or the offer is the actual problem.

Frequently asked questions

What reporting do I get?

Acceptance, reply and meeting rates by rep, by campaign and by ICP segment, plus which qualification rules are producing meetings. It syncs to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive so LinkedIn pipeline sits next to everything else.

How do I stop reps damaging the brand or their accounts?

Limits are set centrally and sit below LinkedIn's thresholds. Sequences and messaging can be shared from a template so every rep sends approved copy. You can run in draft mode where nothing sends without approval.

How long before I see pipeline?

First meetings usually inside two to three weeks of the first campaign going live, assuming the list and ICP are right. The onboarding call exists to get those right.
