Fair warning on both sides: SalesRobot has written comparison pages about most tools in this category, and this is one of ours. Read both, then read a third party.
Where they overlap
Cloud-based. LinkedIn plus email in one sequence. Team seats. Reporting. Roughly the same price. Both are safer than the browser-extension generation. If your requirement list stops there, either will do and you should pick on interface.
Where they differ
Before the send. SalesRobot sends to the list you import. Prospectio reads each profile first, scores it against your ICP, and skips the ones that don’t fit. On a typical raw list that removes a meaningful share of the sends, which lifts acceptance rates and reduces the ignored-invitation signal LinkedIn watches. See the ICP filter.
The message itself. SalesRobot’s AI writes text. Good text, but text: text-only first touch replied at 28.8 percent in our testing, against 40.4 percent for video. Prospectio sends a voice note or short video cloned from one recording of you, personalised by name and company. That’s where the 40 percent plus reply rates in our data come from.
After the reply. SalesRobot puts the reply in your inbox. Prospectio’s auto-responder answers, handles the usual objections, proposes times from your calendar and books the meeting, handing off to you when it should.

Where SalesRobot wins
Whitelabel for agencies. A bigger library of free tools and templates. A longer track record with a large user base.
Where Prospectio wins
Reply rate, on our campaign data. Fewer wasted sends. Meetings booked without a human watching the inbox. Founder-led onboarding rather than a knowledge base.
How to decide in ten minutes
Ask each vendor for the same thing: take a list of 100 of your real prospects and tell me how many you’d message and why. The answers will differ more than the feature tables do.
