1. Dripify
The natural upgrade. Cloud-based, so campaigns run without your browser open and the automation is harder for LinkedIn to fingerprint. Clean interface, team features, A/B testing, from around $39 per month. Text-only with merge-field personalisation, same as Waalaxy, so expect similar reply rates with better reliability. Review.
2. Prospectio
A bigger jump, in price and in what happens. Reads each prospect’s profile and skips the ones who don’t fit your ICP, sends a voice note or short video cloned from one recording of you, and books meetings from replies automatically. $99 per seat per month. Worth it when the problem is that nobody replies rather than that you’ve run out of quota. Full comparison.
3. Expandi
Cloud, dedicated IP, the best conditional sequence builder available, image personalisation, agency options. Around $99 per seat. The safety-first choice. Review.
4. Octopus CRM
If you liked Waalaxy’s simplicity and want to stay cheap, Octopus does four actions well for $10 to $40 a month. Still a Chrome extension, so the architecture concern remains. Review.
5. Linked Helper
Deepest feature set at the lowest price, as a desktop app. More capable than Waalaxy, same or slightly higher risk profile. Review.
6. HeyReach
Only relevant if you’ve started running LinkedIn for other people. Per-account pricing, unified inbox across profiles, serious integrations. Review.
The question to ask first
Is your problem quota, safety, or replies? Quota means upgrade Waalaxy. Safety means move to cloud, so Dripify or Expandi. Replies means the message has to change, not the sender.
